I’m Manasvi Lakhotia, as an entrepreneur building my own footwear brand for over a decade, I noticed a common struggle and I lived it myself. While growing Marlschuz, I constantly felt the absence of a circle that truly understood my journey. My closest confidants supported my personal life beautifully, but nobody could sit with me in the uncertainty of building a business from scratch. I yearned for women who shared the same struggles, the same ambitions, and the same need for honest conversation beyond the highlight reel. That void, felt deeply and personally, is what led me to co-found Peach Collar.
With a Master’s in Advanced Marketing Management from the UK, 10 years of building Marlschuz from the ground up, and hours dedicated every week to mental health support - I’m here to grow, give back, and build something meaningful together.
